This circuit was not designed to compete with existing circuits in Andalucia; but rather to compliment being a Motor Racing Resort with up to 500 dwellings, each one having a Single Seater (FF1600); Caterham; or Seat Leon (or similar) within the price of the dwelling. 5 pueblos in the style of Pueblo Lopez Fuengenirola around the circuit to blend into the surrounding landscape
A few years ago a project similar* to Tesla were interested in manufacturing their cars in this area and their bankers were prepared to increase their financing by 20.000.000 to include this facility

The circuit could host either clockwise or anti-clockwise races
There is also an adjacent small airfield (see photo below)
When the mayor of Antequera heard about this circuit he stated that he wanted one
